  1. I took this morning, i enjoyed it i like it, it tasted like roasted peanuts . i absolutely love this.
    well i didn’t start my weight lost plan yet, for the 4days i only took it at breakfast, but so far good results I’ve seen because I’ve been struggling to sleep well but since i took this meals for the last 4 days I have slept soundly also realize that acne on my face have smooth out like wow this product really works so its today that I replaced my supper ill do the same Tomorrow onwards and then change to full diet change, i took my time .
