  3. Hi…I’ve just started on this 159 diet by doing the following:
    1) first 7 days: replace breakfast and dinner with 159 meals. I started on 4 April.
    2) next 7 days: take only 159 meals throughout the day, i.e. 3 meals of 159 and of course, water.
    3) days 15 – 21: light meals. Not sure if I should have at least one 159 meal each day. Still thinking about this.
    My purpose is to lose some weight (I’m not grossly overweight though) and also to detox and ensure my health is good. A colleague of mine has been on this diet for a while and he’s been really dropping the pounds and looking healthy. His blood pressure is at a very good level.
